I also provide comprehensive hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women, including testosterone optimization, estrogen and progesterone therapy, and thyroid optimization. Additionally, I specialize in GLP-1 medications for metabolic optimization and weight management—all physician-supervised and evidence-based.

My journey in human performance began at Baylor University, where I earned my PhD in Exercise Science. Over the past two decades, I've worked with everyone from Division I athletes pushing the boundaries of human potential to 60-year-olds learning to overhead squat for the first time. This breadth of experience has taught me that movement is medicine, regardless of age or starting point.
